AT THE NORTH CURB OF SIXTH STREET BETWEEN
GARNSEY AND OLIVE STREETS
WHEREAS, heretofore, by Resolution 62-120, "NO STOPPING"
zones were established on the north side of Sixth Street between
Garnsey and Olive Streets; and
WHEREAS, said portion of Sixth Street has now been closed
permanently, reducing the traffic on Sixth Street west of Flower
Street; and said "NO STOPPING" zones are no longer required;
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED: That the "NO STOPPING" zones
on the north side of Sixth Street between Garnsey and Flower Streets
are no longer required and the Director of Public Works is hereby
directed to cause said signs and markings to be removed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That Resolution 62-120 is hereby
rescinded.
