SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION FOR WHICHTHE CITY
IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEP. EAS, MISSION SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a California
corporation, has executed a deed dated October 15, 1968, conveying
to the City of Santa Ana easements for street purposes at the south-
west corner of Seventeenth Street and Main Street; and
WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being paid
to said grantor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed; and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of November, 1968.
