THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSID~.BATION
WHEREAS, CARTER COMPANY CONTRACTORS AND D~VELOPERS, a limited
partnership, has executed a deed dated November 6, 1968, conveying
to the City of Santa Aha two parcels of real property on the west
side of Spurgeon Street on the north side of Sixth Street and the
south side of Seventh Street; and
WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being paid
to said grantor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
