OF FIRST STREET FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING A
CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, LLOYD K. BENSON, a widower, has executed a deed
dated November 19, 1968, conveying to the City of Santa Ana two
parcels of real property on the north side of First Street, east
of Baker Street, for which the city is paying a cash consideration
of $105,400; said transaction is to be handled through Escrow
Number 338569 with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana,
california;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow Instructions; that the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed; and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
