OF ORANGE FOR A FEDERAL BUILDING SITE IN THE
CIVIC CENTER AREA
WHEREAS, the COUNTY OF ORANGE has executed a deed dated
December 26, 1968, conveying to the City of Santa Ana certain real
property located between Fourth and Fifth Streets and Parton and
Garnsey Streets; and
WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being paid
to said grantor;
NOW, THEREFOP~E, BE IT P~ESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of January, 1969.
