MUELLER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NORTHEAST
BOULEVARD FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH
CONSIDERATION OF $31,500
WHEREAS, JOSEPH A. MUELLER and BETTY L. MI/ELI=ER have
executed a deed dated December 30, 1968, conveying to the City
of Santa Ana a parcel of real property on the south side of
Washington Avenue, west of Grand Avenue, for which the City is
paying a cash consideration of $31,500; said transaction is to
be handled through Escrow No. 56051-C with Security Title
Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Aha accepts said deed; and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of January, 1969.
