BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Finding of Fact of
the Planning Commission, the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana hereby affirms the decision of the Planning Commission, and
Appeal No. 217 on Variance Application 68-119, filed by ERIC C.
JOHNSON, is hereby DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of January,~1969~
