QUITCLAIM DEED FOR ACCESS RIGHTS TO OWNEP~ OF
UNDERLYING FEE WITH NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located on the
south side of Fourth Street, east of Tustin Avenue, dedicated vehicular
access rights to the City, and the present owners have now requested
access rights to Fourth Street, which the City has determined should be
granted;
NOW, THEREFORe, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of
the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quit-
claiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING FEE AS
THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, the following described
real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California:
Ail vehicular access rights over the Easterly 10.00 feet of the
Westerly 42.00 feet to Fourth Street, 100.00 feet wide, described
as Parcel 2 in deed to the State of california, recorded December 20,
1960 in Book 5557, Page 22 of Official Records; from that portion
of the Felipe Yorba Tract, as shown on a map recorded in Book 4,
Page 206 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California,
described as follows:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the center line of
Fourth Street and the center line of Tustin Avenue, said inter-
section is shown on the Map of Tract 678, recorded in Book 32,
Page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California;
thence South 89° 30' 41" East along the center line of Fourth Street,
100.00 feet wide, 200.00 feet; thence South 0° 29' 19" West 50.00
feet to the true point of beginning; thence South 89° 30' 41" East
104.31 feet to a point in the Westerly line of Parcel 1 described
in deed to the State of California, recorded December 20, 1960,
in Book 5557, Page 22 of Official Records; thence South 39° 28' 46"
East 12.65 feet to an angle point in said Westerly line; thence
South 10° 32' 46" West along said Westerly line 325.00 feet to a
point in a line that is parallel with and distant Northerly 540.00
feet, measured at right angles, from the center line of First
Street; thence North 89° 22' 45" West along said parallel line
255.82 feet to a point in the center line of Tustin Avenue, 100.00
feet wide; thence North 0° 29' 19" East along said center line
179.23 feet to a point in a line that is parallel with and distant
Southerly 200.00 feet, measured at right angles, from said center
line of Fourth Street; thence South 89° 30' 41" East parallel with
said center line of Fourth Street 200.00 feet; thence North 0° 29'
19" East 150.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING
and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of January, 1969.
