FOR PARK PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING A
CASH CONSIDERATION OF $3,200
WHEREAS, W. F. CRODDY and MAURINE Mo CRODDY, husband and
wife, have executed a deed dated January 27, 1969, conveying to
the City of Santa Ana real property on the West of Fairveiw Street,
from Edinger Avenue to Harvard Street, for park purposes, for
which the City is paying a cash consideration of $3,200; said
transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 877285 with First
American Title Insurance, Santa Ana, California;
NOW, THEREFOP~E, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of February. 1969.
