IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
W~EREAS, DUNN~ INDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES CORP. has executed a deed
dated January 24, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana an ease-
ment for street purposes on the West side of Grand Avenue, North of
Dyer Road; and
WHEREAS, M R DEVELOPMENT CORPOP~ATION, a California corporation,
has executed a deed dated January 27, 1969, conveying to the City
of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes for Flower Street,
north of Sunflower Avenue; and
WHEREAS, FIRST CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE OF SANTA ANA, a
corporation, has executed a deed dated December 9, 1968, conveying
to the City of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes for Wright
Street between Sixteenth and Seventeenth Streets; and
WHEREAS, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY, a corporation,
has executed a Road Easement dated January 21, 1969, conveying to
the City an easement for street purposes on the East side of Grand
Avenue, North of Edinger Avenue; and
WHEREAS, SANTIAGO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a limited partnership,
by WAVERLY HOMES, INC., a corporation partner, has executed a deed
dated January 31, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Aha easements
for street purposes for Columbine Street, West of Main Street; and
W~EREAS, SANTIAGO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a limited partnership,
by WAVERLY HOMES, INC., a corporation partner, has executed a deed
dated December 11, 1968, conveying vehicular access rights to the
West side of Main Street and the North side of Talbert Avenue; and
WHEREAS, RIDKATSO, LTD., a limited partnership, and ED RIDDLE
REALTOR, INC., a corporation, being the general partner thereof, has
executed a deed dated January 23, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa
Ana easements for street purposes on the North side of Sunflower
Avenue and the West side of Fairview Street; and
WHEREAS, C. W. TODD and FRANCES W. TODD, husband and wife,
have executed a deed dated February 10, 1969, conveying to the
city of Santa Ana vehicular access rights to West Orange Road, West
of Fernwood Drive; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deeds.
