THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, the COUNTY OF ORANGE, a body corporate and politic,
has executed a deed dated January 29, 1969, conveying to the City
of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the east side of
Flower Street and the north side of Fourth Street, in the civic
center area; and
WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being paid
to said grantor by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed, and Carl J~ Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of March, 1969.
