VIOLA M. WILLIAMS FOR PARKSITE PURPOSES FOR
WlqICH THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
OF $15,500
WHEP~EAS, FRED WILLIAMS and VIOLA M. WILLIAMS, husband and
wife, have executed a deed dated February 24, 1969, conveying to
the City of Santa Ana a parcel of real property on the west side
of Gunther Street, south of First Street, for which the City is
paying a cash consideration of $15,500; said transaction is to
be handled through Escrow No. 56175-C with Security Title
Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; the city of Santa Ana
accepts said deed; and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of March, 1969.
