THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, HAROLD HIRSH, a married man, as his separate property,
has executed a deed dated March 3, 1969, conveying to the City of
Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the east side of Tustin
Avenue, north of Fourth Street; and
WHEREAS, PAUL J. TOBERTY and JOYCE K. TOBERTY, husband and
wife, have executed a deed dated March 5, 1969, conveying to the
City of Santa Ana an easement for alley purposes on the south side
of Seventeenth Street, west of French Street;
WHEREAS, said deeds are without cash consideration being paid
to said grantors by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Coun~l of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of March, 1969.
