THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, HENRY OLIVIER and ROSE M. OLIVIER have executed a
deed dated March 13, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana
vehicular access rights to the north side of McFadden Avenue, east
of Newhope Street; and
WHEREAS, FLORENCE CAROLYN MORNER MISSILDINE and LOUIS HENRY
MORNER have executed a deed dated March 10, 1969, conveying to the
City of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the north side
of Fairhaven Avenue, west of Dayna Street; and
WHEREAS, NORMAN O. WADE and LORRAINE C. WADE, husband and wife,
have executed a deed dated September 24, 1968, conveying to the City
of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the west side of
Clinton Street, south of Seventeenth Street; and
WHEREAS, RICHARD G. BRALEY, a married man as sole and separate
property, and WALKER SMITH, JR., a married man as sole and separate
property, have executed a deed dated March 25, 1960, conveying to the
city of Santa Ana an easement for street purposes on the south side
of Seventeenth Street, and the west side of Wright Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to the grantors by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of April, 1969.
