PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH
CONS I DERAT I ON
WHEREkS, IMPERIAL STATIONS, a partnership, has executed a
deed dated March 11, 1969, conveying to the city of Santa Ana a
parcel of real property on the west side of Newhope Street, north
of First Street, for library purposes, for which the city is
paying a cash consideration of $30,000.00; said transaction is to
be handled through Escrow No. 56115-C with Security Title Insurance
Company, Santa Ana, california;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed, and Carl J. Thornton, the city's designated
agent is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the city of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of April, 1969.
