CERTAIN LOCATIONS WITHIN TRAFFIC DISTRICTS
"A" AND "B"
WHEREAS, by Minute Order on April 21, 1969, the City
Council of the City of Santa Ana approved the removal of parking
meters on Fourth Street, between Ross and French Streets, and
on French Street, between Fourth Street and Fifth Street, for a
six-months trial period at the request of the City Center
Association;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the
provisions of Section 22508 of the vehicle Code of the State of
california and Sections 3301 and 3302 of the Santa Aha Municipal
Code, parking meters are hereby ordered removed from Fourth
Street, between Ross and French Streets, and from French Street,
between Fourth and Fifth Streets.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this Resolution shall become
effective upon completion of the street construction contract on
the West Diagonal.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the city of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of June, 1969.
