DEED FROM THE ESTATE OF ESTHER LOERCH
FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, by Resolution 69-59 the city accepted a three-
quarter interest to that certain real property at the southeast
corner of Third and Bush Streets, Santa Ana, california; and
WHEREAS, PATRICIA LOERCH, conservator of the Estate of
ESTHER LOERCH, conservatee, has executed a deed dated April 28,
1969, conveying to the city of Santa Ana the remaining undivided
one-fourth interest in Lot 7, Block 8 and Lot 10, Block 8 of the
Town of Santa Ana as shown on a Map recorded in Book 2, Page 51
of Miscellaneous Records of Orange County, for which the city is
paying a cash consideration of $8,759.90; said transaction to be
handled through Escrow No. 56198-C with Security Title Insurance
Company, Santa Ana, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the city of Santa
Ana accepts said deed, and the Clerk of the Council is directed
to cause said deed together with a copy of this resolution to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of May, 1969.
