THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, IVO RUTH RICHARDSON, a married woman, CLAUDINE V.
SAGER, a married woman, EP~NESTINE F. HOOVER, a married woman,
NEAL D. MINTER, a married man, GLENN L. MINTER, a married man
and RICHARD D. HARRISON and HELEN R. HARRISON, husband and wife,
have executed a deed dated March 25, 1969, conveying to the city
of Santa Ana an easement for sewer purposes east' of Bristol
Street at River Lane, for which the City is paying a cash con-
sideration of $250.00; said transaction to be handled through
Escrow No. 56243-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa
Ana, california;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed, and the Clerk of the Council is directed to
cause said deed together with a copy of this resolution to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of June, 1969.
