SANTAMETRICS PROPERTIES FOR WHICH THE CITY
IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION OF $400.00
WHEREAS, SANTAMETRICS PROPERTIES, a Limited Partnership,
has executed a deed dated June 6, 1969, conveying to the city
of Santa Ana an easement for underground sewer line purposes
north of Castor Street, west of Susan Street for which the City
is paying a cash consideration of $400.00; said transaction to
be handled through Escrow No. 56273-C with Security Title
Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the city of Santa
Ana accepts said deed, and the Clerk of the Council is directed
to cause said deed together with a copy of this resolution to
be recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the city of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of July,
1969.
