A QUITCLAIM DEED TO OWNERS OF RECORD WITH
NO C~SH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of property west of Cooper
Street, south of First Street, granted to the city an easement
for drainage purposes over a portion of said land, which easement
is excess and of no further value to the City because of change
in the development of plans of said property and should be quit-
claimed to the various owners of record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the
Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute
a deed quitclaiming in severalty to THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE
UNDERLYING FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTEREST MAY APPEAR OF RECORD
the City's interest in and to,hat certain property lying west of
Cooper Street, south of First Street, in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Any and all interest and any and all rights over the
West 20.00 feet of the South one-half of the North-
east quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 17,
Township 5 South, Range 10 West in the Rancho Los
Bolsas, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51 Page 12
of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the Recorder
of said Orange County.
and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of July, 1969.
