Resolution 69-106
WHEREAS, JOHN LUTZ, JR. is an active and enthusiastic
participant in the business, service, and governmental affairs
of the City of SantaAna; and
WHEREAS, one tangible expression of Mr. Lutz's interest
in the conduct of city government was his acceptance, in
September of 1962, of a post on the Commission of the Santa Ana
vehicle Parking District No. 1; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Lutz served continuously on said Commission
from the date of his initial appointment in 1962 until June 30th
of 1969, and has acted as chairman during his tenure of office;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of
the City of Santa Ana, as the appointing body, and on behalf of
the citizenry of the community, expresses hereby its gratitude to
JOHN LUTZ, JR. for his willing participation in the business of
municipal government.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of July, 1969.

I, FLORENCE I. MALONE, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk
of the Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing
Resolution was introduced to said Council at its regular meeting
held on the 7th day of July, 1969, and was at said meeting passed
