BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Finding of Facts of
the Planning Commission, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
hereby affirms the decision of the Planning Commission, and Appeal
No. 222 on Variance Application No. 69-24, filed by RALPH A. BELL
and JESS L. WHINERY, is hereby DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COI;NCIL of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of August, 1969.
