ZLAKET AND MARY JANE ZLAKET FOR WHICH THE
CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION OF $56,000
WHEREAS, Philip Zlaket and Mary Jane Zlaket, husband and
wife, have executed a deed dated July 14, 1969, conveying to the
City of Santa Ana a parcel of real property located on the north-
east corner of First Street and Raitt Street, the following
portions of which are to be used as a public street and highway:
The south 40.00 feet, the west 10.00 feet and a
spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded on the
west by the west line of Lot 10, on the south by
the north line of the south 40.00 feet, and on
the northeast by the arc of a curve concave
northeasterly having a radius of 25.00 feet and
tangent to said west and south boundaries
The city is paying a cash consideration of $56,000.00 for said
property; said transaction to be handled through Escrow No.
56544-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana,
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the city of Santa
Ana accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is directed
to cause said deed together with a copy of this resolution to
be recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 22nd day of July, 1969.
