OF DEDICATION FROM KNICKERBOCKER'S FOR WHICH
THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHERF2%S, KNICKERBOCKER'S, a corporation, has delivered to the
City a deed ~ated August 1, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Aha
real property at the northeast corner of Main Street and Eleventh
Street; and
WHEREAS, KNICKERBOCKER'S, a corporation, has executed an Offer
of Dedication dated August 1, 1969, by which document they offer to
dedicate to the City of Santa Aha for street purposes at the north-
west corner of Bush Street and Eleventh Street the following described
property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California:
A spandrel-shaped parcel of land bounded on the East by the
East line of Lot 15 of "Smith and Bishop's Addition to
Santa Aha," in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 13, Page
63 of Miscellaneous Records, in the office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California; bounded on the
South by the South line of said Lot 15; and bounded North-
westerly by the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly,
having a radius of 15.00 feet and tangent to said East and
South boundaries;
and
WHEREAS, said Offer of Dedication shall expire on June 16,
1979, unless the dedication has been previously accepted by the
city of santa Aha, California; and
WHEREAS, as one of the considerations for the Grantors giving
to the Grantee the within Offer of Dedication, the Grantee, City of
Santa Aha, does hereby agree as follows:
1. That it will not accept said Offer of Dedication prior
tO September 1, 1971; and
2. That it will give to Grantor a six-months' written
notice prior to any acceptance of said Offer of Dedication;
WHEREAS, said instruments are without cash consideration;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and the Clerk of the Council is directed to cause
said deeds together with a copy of this Resolution to be recorded in
the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the]Rth day of August, 1969.
