QUITCLAIM DEED TO OWNERS OF RECORD
WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located
on the north side of Warner Avenue, west of Susan Street, dedicated
vehicular access rights to the City, and the present owners have
now requested access rights to Warner Avenue, which the City has
determined should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the
Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a deed quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS
OF THE UNDERLYING FEE AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR
OF RECORD, the following described real property in the City
of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of california:
Parcel 1
Ail vehicular access rights to Warner Avenue over the
Easterly 40.00 feet and the Westerly 24.00 feet of
Lot 38 of Tract 3561, in the City of Santa Ana, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in book 142, pages
27, 28 and 29, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
Parcel 2
Ail vehicular access rights to Warner Avenue from the
lands lying North of the South line of the following
described property:
That portion of ~he Partition of Estate of Sarah A. M.
Salvidge in said City of Santa Ana as shown on a Record
of Survey filed in Book 3, page 35, Record of Surveys,
in the office of the County Recorder of said County,
lying within a strip of land 16 feet wide, the Easterly
line of which is adjacent to and contiguous with the
Westerly line of said Lot 38, said strip shall termi-
nate Northerly in the Westerly prolongation of the
Northerly line of said Lot 38 and shall terminate
Southerly in the Northwesterly line of Warner Avenue,
104 feet wide, formerly Delhi Road as shown on said
map of Tract No. 3561.
and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Clerk of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of September, 1969.
