OF EASEMENT FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING NO
CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, the STATE OF CALIFORNIA, acting by and through its
DIRECTOR OF GENERAL SERVICES, has delivered to the city of
Santa Ana an Agreement and Grant of Easement conveying to the
City an easement for street purposes on the east side of Grand
Avenue and the south side of First Street under the terms and
conditions contained in said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the city of Santa
Ana hereby accepts the terms of said agreement, and the Mayor
and the Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed
to acknowledge said agreement for and on behalf of the City of
Santa Ana.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of September,
1969.

I, FLORENCE I. MALONE, do hereby certify that I am the
