THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, MAX B. WILSON has executed a deed dated August 21,
1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana easements for street
purposes on the northeast corner of Tenth and Ross Streets; and
WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is directed to
cause said deed, together with a copy of this Resolution, to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of September, 1969.
