OF FIRST STREET FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING
A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, ABIGALE V. HOMM has executed a deed dated August 29,
1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana real property located
on the south side of First Street and the west side of Ross Street,
to be used for street purposes, for which the City is paying a cash
consideration of $470.00. The transaction is to be handled through
escrow numbered 56645-C with Security Title Insurance Company,
Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, IVA A. CARL has executed a deed dated September 2,
1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana real property located
on the south side of First Street and the east side of Van Ness
Avenue, to be used for street purposes, for which the City is
paying a cash consideration of $100.00. The transaction is to be
handled through escrow numbered 56649-C with Security Title
Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the escrow instructions; that the City of
Santa Aha accepts said deeds, and the Clerk of the Council is
directed to cause said deeds together with a copy of this
Resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of September, 1969.
