THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION OF
$377,575.00
WHEREAS, PACIFIC INVESTMENTS, a General Partnership, has
executed a grant deed dated September 4, 1969, conveying to the
City of Santa Ana real property for a park site on the south side
of MacArthur Boulevard, east of Bristol Street, for which the
City is paying a cash consideration of $50,000.00 and assuming
a note secured by a trust deed in the amount of $327,575.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa
Aha accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is directed
to cause said deed together with a copy of this Resolution to
be recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of September, 1969.
