SANTA ANA CONCERNING CONSTRUCTION
OF SANITARY SEWERS BY THE GARDEN
GROVE SANITARY DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised that it is the
intention of the Board of Directors of the Garden Grove Sanitary
District to adopt its Resolution of Intention for the construction of
sanitary sewers and appurtenant work in connection therewith as
follows:
PARSONS PLACE: From 47.00 feet South of the
Centerline of Westminster Avenue
to 536.00 feet Southerly therefrom;
and
WHEREAS, said Board of Directors has, by resolution
adopted November 5, 1969, requested that the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana grant consent for the construction of sanitary sewers
within the streets hereinabove described, under the provisions of Section
6540 of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is agreeable that such work proceed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Council consents
to the construction of sanitary sewers and appurtenant work in connection
therewith in the Parsons Place: From 47.00 feet South of the Centerline
of Westminster Avenue to 536.00 feet Southerly therefrom; as shown
upon the plans prepared by Nat H. Neff, Engineer of said Garden Grove
Sanitary District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Council of the
City of Santa Aha shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and for-
ward a certified copy thereof to the Board of Directors of the Garden
Grove Sanitary District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of November, 1969.
