RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 236
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana, State of California, in regular session assembled, that the
plans and specifications submitted by the Director of Public
Works for the proposed improvement of Fourth Street fr~n Ross
Street to Spurgeon Street in said City of Santa Aha, California,
said plans and s?ecifications being on file in the office of the
Director of Public Works of sazd City of Santa Aha, be and they
hereby are adopted as the plans and specifications for doing said
work and making said improvement.
ADOPTED the 17th day of November, 1969.
