RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 236
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, sealed p~oposals or bids for performing the work
and improvements described zn Resolution of Intention No. 69-174
of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, California adopted
November 17, 1969, which said resolution is hereby expressly re-
ferred to for a description of said work and improvements and for
all other particulars relative to the proceedings under said
resolution of intention, have been publicly opened and ~xamined,
and said City Council has declared the result of said bzds at its
meeting of February 16, 1970:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Santa Ama, State of California, in regular session assembled,
that said City Council hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids,
except that herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for
doing said work and making said improvements to the lowest re-
sponsible bidder, to wit:
MOULDER BROS.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Council of
said City of Santa Ama is hereby directed to publish notice of
said award twice in THE REGISTER, a newspaper published and circulated
in said City of Santa Aha, State of California.
ADOPTED the 16th day of February, 1970.
