VARIANCE APPLICATION 69-96 FILED BY
GENERAL RESTAURANT CORPORATION
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Findings of Fact
of the Planning Commission and testimony presented before the
City Council, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby
reverses the decision of the Planning Commission, and Appeal
No. 230 on Variance Application No. 69-96 filed by ROBERT W.
CONLEY is hereby GRANTED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of March,
1970.
