VARIANCE APPLICATION 70-13 FILED BY
HARBOR PARK APARTMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Findings of Fact
of the Planning Commission and testimony presented before the
City Council, the City Council of the city of Santa Ana hereby
reverses the decision of the Planning Commission, and Appeal
No. 235 on Variance Application No. 7013 filed by Kevin O'Mahony
is hereby GRANTED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of June,
1970.
