PLANNING COMMISSION AND DENYING A VARIANCE ON
VARIANCE APPLICATION 70-19 FILED BY FAIRVIEW
PROPERTIES
WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning
Commission granted a variance on Variance Application 70-19,
filed by FAIRVIEW PROPERTIES, and Appeal Application No. 237
was duly filed by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing on notice,
has determined that said Variance Application does not meet the
requirements of the Santa Ana Municipal Code and that the decision
of the Planning Commission should be overruled and that said
variance should be denied;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana does hereby overrule the decision of the Planning
Commission and Variance Application No. 237, filed by FAIRVIEW
PROPERTIES, is hereby denied.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of July, 1970.
