THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND DENYING APPEAL
ON APPEAL APPLICATION 242 FILED BY
WILLIAM AND NINA HUZYK
BE IT RESOLVED: That based upon the Finding of Facts
of the Zoning Administrator, the City Council of the city of
Santa Ana hereby affirms the decision of the Zoning Administrator,
and Appeal No. 242 on minor exception No. 70-6 filed by William
and Nina Huzyk, is hereby denied.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the city of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 8th day of September, 1970.
