TO PROVIDE FEES FOR USE OF CITY-OWNED SHOWMOBILE
WHEREAS, by Resolution 70-41, charges were established for
certain services and facilities; and
WHEREAS, it is felt the City-owned SHOWMOBILE should be
made available for general use upon the payment of an appropriate,
reasonable fee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Resolution 70-41 is
amended by adding prior to the last substantive paragraph thereof
the following:
SHOWMOBILE
For schools, non-profit,
and civic organizations
charitable,
$25.00 set up
$10.00 per hour
(or fraction) use
For City-sponsored or
affiliated activities
No charge
The showmobile may not be used outside
the Santa Ana City Limits. The show-
mobile rental shall include the use of
a sound system, podium, flags, and
table and chairs for the stage as needed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of October, 1970.
