BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Finding of Facts
of the Planning Commission, the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana hereby overrulesthe decision of the Planning Commission, and
Appeal No. 244 on Variance Application 70-29, filed by ARTHUR E.
NEEB, DBA KI~IPPERS RENTALS, IS HEREBY DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of November,
1970.
