FOOD SERVICE COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Finding of Facts of
the Planning Commission, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
does hereby uphold the decision of the Planning Commission, and
Appeal No. 253 on Variance Application 70-74, filed by TOWNSHIP
FOOD SERVICE COMPANY, is hereby denied.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of January, 1971.
