ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND GRANTING CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT 70-15 FILED BY HELEN J. PETERSON
WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Zoning
Administrator denied Conditional Use Permit 70-15, filed by
HELEN J. PETERSON to construct a horse stable at 4718 West
Fifth Street, Santa Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, Appeal Application 257 was duly filed by the
applicant, appealing the decision of the Zoning Administrator
and presenting the matter to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing, on notice,
has determined that the decision of the Zoning Administrator
should be overruled and that said Conditional Use Permit should
be granted subject to certain applicable conditions;
