AN AGENT TO APPEAR FOR THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA IN ALL SMALL CLAIMS
ACTIONS WHEREIN SAID CITY IS A
PARTY
BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Richard P. Greenwell is hereby appointed and
designated as an agent of and for the City of Santa Ana, a Municipal
Corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the State of
California, and is authorized to appear in any Small Claims actions
in any court wherein said City of Santa Ana is a party, either as
plaintiff or defendant, and he is authorized to file Small Claims
actions or to appear and defend such actions for and on behalf of
said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of August, 1971.
