The Council having unanimously ~,~aived the reading of the Resolution,
on motion of Councilman D~hl, seconded by Larsen and carried, the fol-
lowing Resolution entitled:
"Resolution No. 55-58 authorizing the condemnation
of certain real property for public street purposes
to widen East First Street and declaring the public
necessity therefor"

was considered and passed by the fol~owing vote:

lowing Ordinance entitled:
"O~dinance providing for the holding of a General
Municipal Election in the City of Santa Aha,
California, on the 12th day of April, ]955, for
the election of City Officers of said City, giving
notice of said election, designating the polling
places, the hours during ~uhlch the polls shall be
opened, the Office-s to be el=cted, and appointing
Electign Officers to serve-at said Election"

The Lions Club

in the parking lot adjacent
to the Municipal Bowl from May 18th to
22nd inclusive, was granted subject to the condition that payment is
made of the lic~nse fee of $150.00 per day.

City Council adjourned.
