HomeMy WebLinkAbout72-001RESOLUTION 72-1 OVERRULING THE DECISION OF THE ZONING ADMINSTRATOR AND APPROVING MINOR EXCEPTION 71-14 FILED BY ROLAND FRANK GONZALES BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana does hereby overrule the decision of the Zoning Administrator and does hereby approve Appeal ~287 on Minor Exception 71-14 filed by Roland Frank Gonzales to allow a 5' high fence in the front 20' setback in the R 1 District at 1420 West 9th Street, subject to the following conditions: 1. Dedicate required street or alley right of way. 2. Pay street lighting deposit for future street lights. 3. Construct necessary street improvements: a. sidewalk 4. Ail public improvement construction shall be subject to inspection and approval by the Department of Public Works. Required property dedications shall be initiated by the owner, through the Department of Public Works, at least four weeks prior to application for a building permit, or use as applicable, to avoid delay. The following requirement is also to be complied with: 1. Remove the existing fence from the existing right of way on both streets. PASSED AND ADOPED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3 day of January 1972.
