RESOLUTION 72-96 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SANTA ANA A~ENDING THE ARTERIAL STREETS PORTION OF THE "LAND USE AND ARTERIAL STREETS" ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN IN THE EXTEN- SION OF BEAR STREET FROM ALTON AVENUE TO SEGERSTROM AVENUE AREA IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana has adopted a General Plan, and has amended it from time to time, which plan ~mong other things provides for its future physical development; and WHEREAS, the Santa Ana Planning Commission, after conduct- ing the published public hearings required by the Santa Ana Municipal Code, held its regular meeting the 14th day of August, 1972, and by its Resolution #6011 has recommended to the City Council that the Proposed General Plan Amendment No. 1972-3, Bear Street Extension, Map "A", prepared by the Santa Ana Planning Department, be adopted; and WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of hearing by publication as required by the Santa Ana Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, said public hearing was held at the time and place so published. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby adopts the recommendation of the Santa Ana Planning Commission as contained in its Resolution 96011, and does adopt the Proposed General Plan Amendment No. 1972-3. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That in accordance with S27-17 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code the said proposals are hereby adopted.
