A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA OVERRULING THE DECISION
OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND GRANTING
APPEAL #313 TO APPROVE MINOR EXCEPTION
PERMIT NO. 72-23
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Findings of
Fact of the Zoning Administrator and testimony presented
before the City Council, the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana hereby grants Appeal No. 313 on Minor Exception
No. 72-23 filed by Louis F. Olivarez to construct a fence
6/6" high, in the front setback area at 523 and 605 North
Jenkins Street in the R-1 District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the
day of February , 197~.
