A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA GRANTING APPEAL NO. 315
ON MINOR EXCEPTION 73-5 FILED BY JOSEPH N.
TURNER
WHEREAS, at its regular adjourned meeting held on
March 12, 1973, the City Council conducted its public
hearing on Appeal No. 315, appealing standard planning
requirements 7 and 8 of the Zoning Administrator's
approval of Minor Exception No. 73-5,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; That the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana hereby grants Appeal No. 315
on Minor Exception No. 73-5 filed by Joseph N. Turner
subject to the following conditions:
That all conditions of the Building and Fire
Departments be met.
That a landscape plan be submitted to and
approved by the Planning Department, including
the provisions of Sec. 41-618 of the Zoning
Ordinance, and that said landscaping be im-
plemented and be continuously maintained.
That any trash areas be enclosed in accordance
with the Planning Department standards.
That there be no after-hours operation (between
2:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M.).
That there be no gaming devices, such as pin-
ball machines, motion picture booths, etc.
That interior lighting of the establishment be
in accordance with A.B.C. regulations.
That there be no conduct or entertainment allowed
on the premises as prohibited by Ordinance NS-1047.
That an Environmental Impact Report be prepared,
submitted and approved by all departments, commis-
sions, boards and/or agencies prior to the issuance
of building permits.
That a screening plan for mechanical equipment or
appurtenances be submitted to and approved by the
Planning Department.
10. That all conditions of the Fire Department be met.

That a revised plot plan be submitted with any
building permit application applied for, showing
parking and landscaping which complies with Code
requirements.

That copies of the recorded deeds of both the sub-
ject parcel and the adjacent parcel to the south,
showing the driveway easement, be submitted to
the Planning Department.

File a parcel map with the City and comply witk
all Council approve conditions (P.M. 788 in
process).
14.
The building and its use shall conform to the
regulations of Title 19, California Administra-
tive Code (Public Safety) and the Uniform Fire
Code.
Plans of the building shall be submitted to the
Fire Department for approval prior to issuance
of a building permit.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th
