A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA ACCEPTING THE EMERGENCY
PLAN OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DATED MAY
30, 1973.
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon review of the new
Santa Ana Emergency Plan it fulfills the need for informa-
tion, planning and training to cope with the potential of
either natural or war caused disasters and thus after adop-
tion must be used as an operational guide for all actions
set forth therein; and
WHEREAS, this document is all encompassing it is to be
considered as the official plan for both public and municipal
use in adhering to the requirements of the State of California
Emergency Plan.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana at its adjourned regular meeting held on the
25 day of June , 1973.
