A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA OVERRULING THE DECISION
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND DENYING
VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 73-20 FILED BY
ANCIENT VALLEY PROPERTIES
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based on a public hearing held
by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, the oral and
real testimony provided, the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana does hereby overrule the Planning Commission's
recommendation of approval and does hereby deny Variance
Application No. 73-20 filed by Ancient Valley Properties,
811 North Broadway, Santa Ana, California to install a
sign not permitted by the Code in the C D District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2
day of July , 1973.
