A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION 73-76 BY
DELETING THEREFROM THE ALLOCATION OF THE CLERK
OF THE COUNCIL TO THE SALARY AND WAGE SCHEDULES
WHEREAS, at its regular meeting of July 16, 1973 the
City Council of the City of Santa Ana allocated the position
of the Clerk of the Council to the Salary and Wage Schedules
of the City of Santa Ana; and
WHEREAS, at its special meeting on July 20, 1973 the
City Council requested that a resolution be prepared for its
August 6, 1973 Agenda establishing the salary of the Clerk
of the Council at a flat rate; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 73-82 designating a flat rate salary
for the Clerk of the Council has been prepared and is scheduled
for City Council consideration at its August 6, 1973 meeting;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the allocation of
the Clerk of the Council to the Salary and Wage Schedules of
the City of Santa Ana be deleted from Resolution 73-76.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this Resolution shall take
effect as of the 1st day of July, 1973.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6
day of August , 1973.
