A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA UPHOLDING THE DECISION
OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND GRANTING
MINOR EXCEPTION NO. 73-13.
BE IT RESOLVED: That based upon the finding of fact of
the Zoning Administrator, the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana does hereby grant Minor Exception 73-13 filed by
Florence J. Arlotto and Winslow Maxwell to allow expansion
of a beer bar within 300' of the R 1 District subject to
the following conditions:
That development be according to the approved plot
plan, except for minor modifications approved by
the Planning Department.

That all conditions of the Building Department
be met.
That there be no after-hours operation (between
2:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M.).
That the business remain a bona fide eating
establishment as defined by the Alcoholic Beverage
Control.
That interior lighting of the establishment be in
accordance with A.B.C. regulations.
That there be no conduct or entertainment allowed
on the premises as prohibited by Ordinance NS-1047.
7. That all conditions of the Fire Department be met.
8. Pay street lighting deposit for future street lights.
NOTE: The applicant should investigate the standard fee for
future ornamental street lighting.
9. The following requirements must also be met:
The building and its use shall conform to the
regulations of Title 19, California Adminis-
trative Code (Public Safety) and the Fire Code
of the City of Santa Ana.
Plans of the above condition shall be submitted
to the Fire Department for approval.

That an application be submitted to the City
Council to obtain approval of the 2 existing
pool tables.
That no more than 2 pool tables be allowed in
connection with this approved use.
That there be no gaming devices such as pinball
machines, motion picture booths, etc.
